As an independent distributor, we combine structured supplier controls, detailed incoming inspection, advanced testing, and full traceability to ensure every component meets the specifications, reliability, and safety requirements of our customers across defense, industrial, transportation, and specialty vehicle sectors.
We maintain a controlled, continuously evaluated supplier network. Each supplier is assessed for proven industry reputation, quality certifications, traceability transparency, responsiveness, and counterfeit-mitigation controls.
Every shipment undergoes structured documentation review before physical inspection — verifying packing list, invoice, and PO alignment, reviewing Certificates of Conformance, checking for altered quantities or suspicious edits, and validating manufacturer part numbers and date codes.
We inspect all packaging for authenticity and proper handling — ESD-safe packaging, moisture-sensitive device (MSD) controls, humidity indicators and dry packs, label/barcode consistency, and correct fill levels.
Technicians use magnification and lighting to identify anomalies such as inconsistent date codes, font irregularities, blacktopping or resurfacing, sanding marks, corrosion, non-standard dimensions, and solder joint issues.

Suspect parts are immediately quarantined, documented, and impounded or destroyed to prevent re-entry into the supply chain. Customers are notified, and incidents may be reported to industry bodies such as ERAI or GIDEP.
