Triumph Quality Group supplies CTISr through our partnership with Ti.Systems — a rugged, field-proven system for adjusting tire pressure while the vehicle is moving. With more than a decade of real-world use in demanding agricultural and utility vehicle applications, CTISr has earned its reputation for reliability.
Its detachable, removable hose design makes it one of the most flexible systems available — suitable for virtually any truck or trailer, and especially well suited to retrofitting, since it requires no axle preparation and connects directly to your vehicle’s existing tire valves.
Once activated, drivers can select from up to 8 individually preset tire pressures right from the cabin. The purely pneumatic control unit automatically brings all tires to the selected pressure, then shuts off — no manual monitoring needed. Two control system variations are available depending on your setup.
Screws directly onto the existing tire valve after the valve core is removed, delivering airflow up to 900 L/min through a wider flow section.
Air lines run from the fender to the wheel hubs, connecting to compact dual-line rotary unions mounted on the rims. Purpose-built brackets keep the lines properly clear of the tires as the wheels turn. Detachable lines connect via quick-connect fittings and store in dummy couplers on the fender when not in use; removable lines detach just as easily and stow in a hose depot.

Supplied through Triumph Quality Group’s partnership with Ti.Systems, STIS is a purely pneumatic system for adjusting tire pressure while the vehicle is stationary. Users can dial in any pressure with the stageless version, or select from up to 8 presets with STIS preset 4|2. Once the spiral hoses are connected, the system runs autonomously — no driver monitoring required — and shuts off automatically once the target pressure is reached.
STIS comes factory-fitted on new vehicles from manufacturers like Mercedes-Benz and MAN, and retrofits easily — workshop installation or DIY.
